I had a problem before where it seems that pasting any text is disabled on my dreamweaver. I’m sure that my clipboard is working fine since I tried copy – cut – paste in notepad. Also, I can copy a text from dreamweaver and paste it into notepad. So the only problem is I can’t paste any text into dreamweaver’s code and design view from any application including itself.

The thing is, it’s adobe’s bug and can be solve by this simple steps.

1.) Close dreamweaver

2.) Make sure you can view hidden files

3.) Go to C: > Documents And Settings > Username > Application Data > Macromedia > Dreamweaver

4.) Rename “Configuration” folder to “Configuration1″

5.) Restart dreamweaver and try pasting again

Problem should be fix.
